Kevin in sales was helpful right from the beginning. Showed us all the trailers that fit our budget and wants/needs as well as others we just wanted to check out. Never felt pressured. He left us several times which is nice for us to discuss and be able to feel comfortable looking at things on trailers.Ashley and Kira in finance were great with answering all the questions we had and laying out pricing for us as requested. Very glad we listened to word of mouth reviews and came to this RV dealer

Love the service team! From the tech's to the counter ladies.. they're amazing! We did not purchase our trailer there, but we will when we are ready for an upgrade. Recently, we had a light issue and had to bring it in. We were a bit later than we wanted and showed up on a Friday at 4:30. They took care of us like we were family. After confirming it was the light assembly causing the problem, they replaced it in 5 min. Charged us for the parts of a new light assembly and we were on our way. No hassel, no problems, no price gouging. By far the best service I have received for my RV. Treated like family! Thanks everyone! You guys rocked it again!!!

Love my 2014 Laredo trailer! Have been using it for vacations and for work since the day I bought it. Staff was great work with would gladly recommend them to anyone. When it’s time to upgrade my trailer, I’ll be going back to them first. Thanks again! Stan.

Just a thought...how about opening the doors on these trailers and giving these people who are victims of the wildfires a temporary home instead of offering free shipping anywhere in Alberta if they buy a trailer? Terrible sales tactics, show some compassion!

They all made our dream purchase enjoyable every step of the way, before during and after sale. Very quick to fix any and all issues. We are very happy and Thank you Schwab's!!

My husband and I were looking to upgrade our travel trailer. We dealt with Don and he was amazing. We told him what we were looking for and felt no pressure to buy. We ended up not purchasing however when we buy our retirement fifth wheel, we will give Schwabs our business! Chad and Ashley were amazing as well. We love this family owned business! We were people to them!
