I had a laser treatment with the salons new tech and was left with welts and skin irritation. I had 4 appointments prior with no incident. The new technician didn’t look at my information sheet prior to treatment, nor was there a consult before treatment began. I expressed discomfort multiple times during the treatment which weren’t taken seriously and only stopped when I began crying from pain (which for those that have had laser done properly you know it’s not painful enough to make someone cry). I contacted the salon and was gas lighted and told that the tech had 7 years of experience so she has an aggressive take on laser. This was something that wasn’t disclosed prior nor did I consent too. I was then ignored after asking for the satisfaction policy as my skin remained red, inflamed, swollen and experienced welts 5+ days after treatment. I’m not saying to not go here for your laser needs but will warn you that it is not supposed to be this uncomfortable of an experience.

I’ve gotten my lashes done by Kenzie a few times now and WOW!!! At first I was nervous because my first lash experience with another lash tech was not the best but she was so so so nice and very welcoming. All the ladies are the sweetest! Prima is my new favourite place for any beauty needs!!!

I’ve been to this salon twice now to see Amanda for lash extensions! I cannot say enough GOOD things about her. She is attentive and listens to what her clients want. So good at what she does and always looking out for her clients. She will check in with you and make sure you feel comfortable during and after the appointment! Can’t ask for a better lash tech. The salon itself is a great environment happy people and good music. Will continue to come back here for all the aesthetic needs! Thank you ladies
