I purchased a custom garage door from Creative Door Winnipeg in June 2021, and it was finally installed almost 2 years later in May 2023. The initial install was December 2021. At this time the glass inserts were missing in the top panel section. Creative Door replaced that top Mocha coloured panel section with a Grey panel section. For 6 months I had a garage door with two different colours. The 2nd install attempt was in June 2022, but the wrong glass inserts were in the top panel section. At the 3rd install, which was booked in November 2022, the top panel section including the glass, had multiple scratches/ defects. After almost 2 years of waiting and consulting a Manitoba agency for advice, the 4th attempt at an install was successful with an undamaged product. I felt there was a lack of accountability and transparency with this company , and the customer service was poor. After almost 2 years of waiting for my garage door, this Corporate company had the opportunity to make things right , but they still billed me for an outstanding balance of over $700. I managed to talk them down to paying half of that balance. I was shocked and very disappointed . I consider myself to be a fair and reasonable person, but I cannot recommend this company. I chose to write this review in hopes that this same experience doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This is my second garage door with this company. Amazing service, competitive pricing and amazing staff. Hilda is a wonderful person to deal with!! Like family. Daniel did install and door opens and closes so smoothly!I highly recommend this company!

I've been ordering from Creative since I started in new housing production earlier this year. Jaimie has been a tremendous source of knowledge and help. It's always a delight when dealing with her. I highly recommend Creative when sourcing garage doors. Best in town!

I opted to use this business because of the good reviews, what a mistake. I phoned to setup an appointment to have my motorized sliding gate looked at because it's not opening properly and getting stuck. The lady on the phone was nice and assured me the service tech was very knowledgeable and quick to fix any problems.Upon arrival the very first thing he said was oh we don't see these ever and I don't know how to work on them". He sat in his truck to make a phone call to get some further insight from another tech. He notified me that he was finished and to come out.He said that he turned the knob on the motor to maximum power and that was all he could do because my 8 month old motor is on its way out. The gate opened consistently once and hasn't worked properly since. Now they want to charge me for some half baked solution that I could have done myself.I advised that I believe the issue is with the track being out of line because it gets harder to open the further it goes

I reached out to Jaimie regarding my door not working and she sent me to Carla, the service administrator. Carla had a service tech attend my house that very day to measure my springs. They came back the next day, replaced my springs, and left my door working like new!Thanks to Jaimie, Carla and the Creative Door service team for a quick and incredible job!

I had my garage door panels replaced in two days since first contact with Creative. Satisfied with the product, price and corresponding service. Jaimie gave informative consultancy, quick response and follow up arrangement from the begining to the end. The installation team was easily to commmunicate with and did job well. Recommend Creative Door to friends.

Travis is helpful in the parts department, had a hiccup with the wrong part but travis made the process smooth to ensure i went home with the right part.
