I've had my lashes done at various places, but this studio has the most comfortable beds. I could fall asleep!

Me and my mother both started going to Helen around last year after finding her via social media. She would take awhile to reply but she was close to my house so I continued going to her as I got comfortable with her as a lash tech and I have never been to anyone else. Recently she stopped replying to my mother all together when she was looking for a fill so my mom had to take out her lashes herself as Helen was not replying to any texts or calls. She just left my mother with no response which I thought was strange as she has a business she should be replying to her customers. More recently I had an appointment with her today and my last appointment was 13 days prior, so I asked if she would do a mini fill for $60. She rudely declined and said $70 which I was ok with but instead she gave my appointment away without telling me when I have been a loyal customer to her for a year now. She than tried to say I never confirmed with her and that I can find a new lash lady because I asked if she would do $60 instead of $70 when it has not even been 2 weeks yet. She is very unprofessional and does not communicate properly with her clients. I would not recommend her if you’re looking for a serious long time lash tech. She is hard to get ahold of for appointments and she has given my appointments up many times after confirming with her I will be there. It seems like she is more interested in how much money she can get from you than keeping you as a client. As well there is a small language barrier so I believe she replies argumentative when I am simply just asking a question because she is not understanding what I’m asking but I am unsure.

The studio's attention to sanitation and cleanliness is commendable, making me feel comfortable during my visit.

The customer service at this lash salon is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make you feel pampered.
