My mother is a patient of Dr Lamba. Several times now, my mom has been trying to book an appt with Dr Lamba and she is never available. Never. She was booked with a nurse.. which is fine, if the nurse knew her stuff. It is very concerning, when you walk away from the appointment feeling like you diagnosed yourself and prescribed your own medicine. Its just gotten ridiculous. i have asked my mom to start looking for another doctor. I just wanted to add my voice here to reiterate and emphasized what others have also voiced.

This is ge worst, I went to the doctors because my grandpa was on 105 degree fever so I called to book an appointment but they said you have to book it 2 days earlier but I thought how do I know when he is going to get sick.Not only that but every time I call them they send me to a different location so I said what’s the point off having a family doctors and the receptionist said “if you want you can change your family doctor” so I said I think I will have to . The doctors are amazing there is one doctor named Joshua and he is amazing, it’s just costumer service

My family doctor is here (+10 years) and he is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and he has always given the best advice and treatment.Busy during walk-ima but should be expected anywhere.

When I first started going here Dr.Lamba was amazing, later on she slowly stopped caring. I was given medication that really helped me to then be ripped off of it, shes also really good at patient abandonment most of the time she didnt even want to deal with me and would tell me to just go to the hospital her favourite thing to say is get assessed" The staff is pretty awful except the one lady whos always there and takes blood she the only good one there. And she take ALOT of hoildays

Wonderful team of staff and doctors. So surprised to see the one star reviews as they have always been accommodating and kind in the years I have been here.I have seen both Dr Lamba and Dr Joshua (sorry I forget his last name!) and they both were empathic, attentive and made me feel completely comfortable.On first meeting with Josh, he was quick to indentify that the issues I was experiencing could be solved by switching medications. The medication he reccomended was perfect for me and changed my life.Great listeners and very knowledgeable.

Horrible experience as a patient at this clinic. A matter was dismissed by Dr. Lamba which resulted into a more serious issue. Asked their front desk for a simple request, and after 2 hours of back and forth calls they advised they are unable to fulfill the request. This clinic operates more as a business than a healthcare facility, they do not promote patient autonomy. It’s only about numbers. Very disappointed!

They don't have time to answer questions. If you aren't accepting then remove your office name from William Osler Hospital list for doctors accepting new paitents. May be people will stop calling your office.

Just called, they don't do walk in. Last time I was here, the doctor's did not seem too knowledgeable either. They were though the best at giving shots as I don't react too well to them.
