The lady working at post office is so rude. She don’t even know how to talk to the customer. Zero customer service and zero professionalism.

I have been here twice. As per my experience the service provided is Normal and usual.

Very very bad service,staff and owner do not give respect to the customer ..speaking like ਤੂੰ ਤੂੰ, worker aunty wasted my 20 minutes like without instructions she is demanding printed papers even for check the addess..i explined that i show you 2 original id's. These 2 piece of government issued id's that have my full address even i said i can show you my insurance papers that i recieved on an email , but she ignored, other staff is also not responding well..they are feeling they are perfect ..all mistakes are done by the customers...I suggest you dont go this post office ..if you have urgent then dont take expections they will treat you like canadians..Thanks ..

I have never waited so long in a line up just to pick up a package. The line up wasn't too long but the poor lady working at the desk needed help. She called for help on the phone and nobody showed up. I had a toddler and an infant with me and it was getting extremely frustrating waiting. Poor service on the owners part for not going to your employee's aid - do better!

The absolute worst Canada post i have ever been to. Im writing this from the parking lot. As I was trying to mail out a package mid conversation the woman helping me makes a phone call and fully ignores me while shes talking on the phone. I appeared as if she was complaining about something. just unprofessional and gives me no confidence my package is safe.

I visited the post office on 8th of June, last Thursday. The gentleman at the counter was rather abrupt and rude to me. As a friendly and 'easy to get along' personality, I was somewhat shocked. He seemed impatient. P/S: I have edit my feedback to include 'with so many negative feedbacks, why is no action taken against this postoffice?'.

The worst person i have ever seen in canada. Its the owner of this location. He is such a illiterate person who don’t know how to talk to customers. I called him for my concerns regrading customer service on this location. But he has no manners and don’t know how to listen customers concern. My call duration was less than 1 minutes. He didn’t listen my concern and said we can’t do anything. And said ok ok i am getting call bye bye . Zero professionalism. When i ask him i am gonna complain, he said no worries call customers service and said its a bear creek location and hanged my call. Such a disgusting person i had talked too. If you see this comment, please go and learn some skills and how to talk with customer. When it’s about the date of parcel delivery, instead of status he said HONSLA RAKH. Its canada not india so please don’t tell these kind of things to any other people in future.

the worst post office I have ever been to, the girls are busy running the grocery store nobody cares about handling the post services.very unprofessional keeps hanging up every time you call in or will just engage the line so there's no way to get in touch unless you walk in Canada post needs to upgrade this location services !!

the agent sent my package/equipment to completely wrong province and address!!!!!!!!!! The company is trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for it. Ow because of this. Your agent was literally on the phone and not doing her job properly. Will be escalating this …

These people have their teenage kids working the Canada Post outlet.. they don't know what they're doing. The son was having a squirt gun fight with his friend in the store while I was standing in line.. and the daughter doesn't have the skills to discern simple problem solving. Twice I went in for my mail and with my delivery notice and twice left without it.. stop jerking people around and do your jobs if you're going to handle federal mail!
