Great for teens and kids. Cheap fun jewelry and accessories for little girls who love being girly. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I had an awesome experience at this store. The workers are super kind, and I was able to find a whole bunch of products for my younger cousins' birthday.

When you phone a store ahead of driving to have a service performed to get information such has cost and requirements and if an appointment is needed , you would think that the employee working could have told you everything such as having a parent with you or having photo Identification to show you are old enough to get it done . Drove half hour each way to be told when I got there that photo Identification was required or that parental consent was required . Won’t be going here for services , will find a different business with more educated employees . Not to mention that when we went Into the store , the associate working didn’t even acknowledge our existence until we had to ask for assistance .

When my daughter was younger this was her favorite store. They have excellent sales on. When my daughter had her ears pierced this is where we went. The staff were excellent and getting it done and treated her very well.

My daughter got her ears pierced here and they were very accommodating, and careful with her. The earrings worked out perfectly, with no infections after the fact. There is a loss of jewelry repair accessories purses and the like at Claire's. My daughter absolutely adores going shopping in this store.

got my cartilage pierced there and not only is it a normal earlobe stud, and wrong backing, but it's falling out! I'm not even sure it's in the right place now that I look at it, its coming out from the top and not the back!! The girl was treating me like a child (i am 18) by talking in a quiet soft voice saying things like i'm just going to touch your ear... is that ok?) over and over again

Went with friend to get her cartilage pierced. The lady was way very rude with poor customer service skills. On suggesting my friend, she got me back in very rudely manner saying she can do it for herself you don’t need to tell her. Well she has no right of saying that? She didn’t responded in a good manner, felt like she didn’t not want to serve. The worst service ever I got. I don’t want to disclose her name in the public but if she reads this she better improves her way of talking .They need good staff with better customer service skills.

Cute store with lots of girly trinkets. Found a cute pair of earrings for my niece. A bit costly though.
