D Spot Desserts Waterloo

Very prompt and courteous service! We tried their mango and dark chocolate vegan icecream as well as their vegan lava cake. We wanted to try their vegan croffle but will do so at another time. Their vegan icecreams are both so good, I’m surprised they are vegan.They also accommodated me because I have a peanut allergy and they kindly washed the icecream scoops for me. They also brought us glasses of water. They open late too.We will definitely return. Thank you for having us!

Thought it was good a little small and cramped in this place.... Biggest upset that it didn't have coffee....but the dessert was really good too much for me to eat on my own

We recently visited D Spot Desserts in Waterloo with high expectations, hoping to indulge in a delightful dessert experience. However, we left the establishment feeling rather underwhelmed. While the slice of cakes we ordered were decent, they did not quite live up to our expectations, especially considering their price point.The cakes at D Spot Desserts were undoubtedly good, with a decent variety to choose from. The presentation was appealing, and the flavors were enjoyable. However, when we took into account the cost of each slice, we couldn't help but feel that they were slightly overpriced. The quality of the cakes, although tasty, did not warrant the steep price tag.One disappointment we encountered was with the ice cream. We had anticipated a rich, creamy indulgence, but unfortunately, the ice cream at D Spot Desserts fell short of our expectations. The taste was rather lackluster, and it felt more like eating ice than enjoying a creamy, flavorful treat. It was disappointing to find that the ice cream did not match the quality we had hoped for.On a positive note, we had heard great things about the smoothies at D Spot Desserts. Despite our less-than-stellar experience with the cakes and ice cream, we are willing to give their smoothies a chance on our next visit. The positive feedback we received regarding their smoothies has piqued our curiosity, and we believe they may be a redeeming factor for D Spot Desserts.

Great menu options, sweet and salty items. Staff was very friendly. They were a bit busy but when we ordered they gave us a time expectation which I found great! The only thing it could ask to improve was to make it toddler friendly by providing kiddies menu (specially in portion), and some coloring books with crayon

The waffle at was simply divine! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and topped with a delightful of fresh brownie and whipped cream and ice cream. A perfect indulgence!The milk cake at was a slice of heaven. Moist, tender, and subtly sweet, it melted in my mouth with every bite. A must-try dessert for any cake lover!
