Got to us quickly. we used this company several times during our stay in town and everyone was so polite and kind! Plus they are definitely the better priced cab in town!

Got ripped off today and was charged $10 more then their flat rate. When I called I was told it was basically my fault as I should have called while in the vehicle. That should not be my responsibility. I will never use them again. Back to using Urber

Horrible experience! Called for a taxi that never came. Called back and they said the driver was there and no one came out which is a lie because I sat by the window waiting. They said to stand outside they would send another car. Waited for over 30 minutes and once again no one came. Called back to cancel and the dispatcher hung up on me mid sentence. Will never use this service again!!!

I got screwed bybthe driver who refused to usé the mettre, he charge 50$ for à 11.4 km trip. Hé made me pay before, on top of it, he was not listening to the instructions and took the wrong way 4 times. Seriously à very bad experience. What a crook!

I take the cab quite often in the winter from work. I work at the Fallsview casino. Tonight I get in the cab and driver sounded like a pig. Like he belonged on the farm with other pigs. He was chewing his dam gum and stuffing his face. I normally tip 5$ but not tonight. I hope drivers read these. Moving forward if your chewing like you belong on a farm I will not tip.
