We had a fantastic time. Definitely got our monies worth from ride wristbands. Kept my 3 year old entertained for 6 hours. Will definitely go again next year.

Went to the rodeo finals show. It's great to watch a smaller rodeo because you get to be close to the action. For the price, it's a great experience. The seats in the stand are very tight though. No room to shift positions or stretch!

The IPE returned after an involuntary 3 year hiatus.I spent 13 hours there on its final day this year. The Good:The $50 Ride Bracelet is a reasonable price if you plan to go on rides all day. Lots of food vendors, beer hall, and occasional rodeo and side attractions on the grounds.Food and drink vendors are perhaps the most reasonably priced things to buy on the grounds.Decent live music while you eat.Livestock present. You'll always run into people you haven't seen in years. The Bad:Lines for rides were extremely long. We're talking 45 minutes on average. We didn't even bother with The Zipper and we were there until closing at 11pm. The line was never shorter than an hour for it.An extremely drunk man was allowed to go on a ride with young children despite nonstop profanity and obscene remarks in front of the Midway employee and the young kids, including my niece. The drunk man couldn't even walk without others supporting him.The games are extremely expensive and the prizes were stuffed animals from the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. We're talking $10 for a kid to ride in a water ball for 5 minutes or 10 bucks to throw 2 darts.I spent exactly $100 for the day ($50 for the bracelet, $22 for entry, $19 on lunch/dinner, and $9 on ice cream and a soda). If you plan to go for the whole day and are mainly going on rides or in fun houses, you'll spend a minimum of 100 bucks per person. If you plan to do games, the PBR, buy alcoholic beverages, park your own car, facepainting, other products, etc. prepare close to $200 per person for the day.

It's really nice to have the Fair back after the last couple years without it. It might take another year or so to get back to its former glory, but as is it was lots of fun, and definitely more than we could take in in one day.It was well attended this year I expect 2023 will be even better.

Post Covid vendors and exhibits were understandably less than full, but the crowds were certainly there. The usual fair rides, fair food, fair animal's and crafts. Top Notch rodeo! Buy your tickets in advance as they sell out 4 grandstands

I liked this place, I had so much fun but I expected something more. Lots of people but not much of attractions. It's something you go once or twice for, and that's all.

Love the new community center area. Also the fact there was mister stations and fans set up to stay cool. They had grounds people constantly watering the road ways to minimize dust. Well executed.

Despite the insane heat, we had a great first time at the IPE. Was extremely impressed they allowed my sons attendant a free pass in and free bracelet. He was able to go on the Spider ride for the first time and LOVED IT!Also happy with how many rides there were for toddlers. All around an enjoyable family day! :-)
