Excellent at charging crazy high rates for a 4 unit building in Calgary. Invoicing was a nightmare. I paid their bill for consecutive months and they continued to pester me that it was not paid. Finally they sent an email claiming that my account had been sent to collections. I involved my bookkeeper and they realized their error and apologized. However, it took at least one hour of my time and one hour of my book keepers time ... and was generally unpleasant. // Why the previous management company would use a company based in BC is beyond me. The staff at Recycle Smart don't purposely try to be mean ... they just don't try to understand.
