Tbooth wireless | Cell Phones & Mobile Plans

I bought a Google Pixel 6 today from the Tbooth wireless store in bower mall. I had the best experience I have ever had buying a phone! The employee, Wilfredo, was an awesome, superb person to work with! He was super knowledgeable with all the different types of phones and helped me find the perfect phone for me. He helped me set up my phone and taught me alot of new information about the phone and its features! I would 110% recommend that you go and see Wilfredo with any kind of phone needs you may have! Wilfredo is single handedly the best person that I have ever dealt with. The new phone 10/10 the store 10/10 Wilfredo 20/10Wilfredo deserves a promotion or at the very least, a raise!

I wish I could remember the managers name that helped me. I think it was Wilf or something close to. What a wonderful experience! I was having a nightmare of a time trying to activate a new phone that was shipped to me by my provider after mine had been stolen. I was almost ready to accept defeat and cancel my contracts to move to a different provider. This guy was so helpful and so efficient. I was in and out of this store in less than 10 minutes with an activated phone and a lot less stress.

Brianna at the bower place location is so professional and easy to work with. She made sure I left the store with everything I needed. She even set up my online apps. 100% recommend. She is transparent and educated. Thank you again Brianna!!

Highly recommend these guys! Their manager, Wilfredo, was able to save us thousands. He stayed after close to ensure we get the deal, and they don't even pay him overtime for it. He said seeing his customers happy makes it all worth it. By far the best place in Red Deer; I won't go anywhere else!

Today we went in to Tbooth. We had the pleasure of dealing with Wilfredo. This man went above and beyond! I have never had a customer service experience like this. He did everything he could to make sure we recieved the best deal he could come up with. Extremely satisfied is an understatement. Thank you Wilfredo. You are awesome!

Willfredo (Will) was terrific and a HUGE help! We came to Tboothmobile when we weren’t able to get a very good deal on new phones at our provider right across the hallway in the Mall. He was knowledgeable and efficient and explained everything so well. He was honest and transparent! Thank you Will, you rock!

Good in-store service, but there warranty partner Likewize" are a bunch of crooks!!!!!!Highly recommend going SOMEWHERE ELSE or any other provider who doesn't partner with Likewize. Absolutely horrendous service
