Kaitlyn is an incredibly kind, compassionate, patient and skilled instructor. She has gently corrected many bad habits I have acquired over my years of learning pole skill and assisted me to progress to more advanced moves. In addition, she goes above and beyond to protect against musculoskeletal injuries by incorporating deep stretching and mobility exercises pre and post class to protect and prevent further deterioration. Love, love, love her!!

Kaitlyn has been my pole instructor for just over 8 months now and I started with no experience. She takes her time explaining each move safely and effectively. She has helped build my confidence and overall strength. Kaitlyn is very patient and always helps me to improve my skills. She’s amazing!!!

Kaitlyn is an incredible and well-rounded instructor. Patient and compassionate, she happily accommodates her classes for anyone struggling with progression, and adjusts her instruction to help anyone having difficulty with a specfic move or flow. She's constantly adding new skills to her repertoire in order to bring her passion for all things aerial to her students.

Kaitlyn is an amazing instructor, who is patient, knowledgeable and kind. She never pushes too hand and tries to work with your individual strengths and weaknesses, and tries to help you achieve your goals. Classes are small so it's a lot more personal.She's got both static and spin poles, with both chrome and stainless steel.Very reasonable pricing and classes do get booked up quickly, so if you're interested in pole fitness, definitely secure your spot early!

A fun class to attend! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was new to pole fitness, and Kaitlyn was great at breaking down the steps and helping me build my confidence. Highly recommend!

Kaitlyn is such a great teacher & pole instructor!! I never would have thought I would be where I am at with this sport without her help, training, encouragement and support! She is extremely talented and such a kind person, she can make anyone feel comfortable at pole at any level.

Absolutely had the best time!My girlfriends planned me a surprise bachelorette party here!! Kaitlyn was an amazing instructor, super professional and patient with all of us first timers. Some of us have already joined on her regular scheduled classes.If you’re looking for a fantastic girls weekend/bachelorette outing while in the Huntsville area, 100/10 recommend.Thanks again for having us!!!

Kaitlyn is a fantastic instructor and all around great person- she has helped me not only find the strength I didn't know I had physically, but also mentally, helping me find my power again. Kaitlyn is an amazing instructor! She teaches you step by step on how to achieve beautiful pole moves safely and takes into account that everyone in her classes may not be at the same level. Giving even the slightest bit of guidance on how to improve our moves, she has helped me learn so much over the past few months. I cannot wait to learn more with Kaitlyn as my instructor ❤️
