En 2012, ils ont refait ma cuisine et salle de bain et j’ai été très satisfaite de leur professionnalisme. En 2020, j’ai eu un petit problème avec la penture d’une porte de cuisine et ça été corrigé en peu de temps.En 2022, un petit problème de collage et je suis encore satisfaite d’être leur cliente.Le service après vente est excellent.Je recommande fortement cette entreprise. Une équipe sympathique qui répond très bien à nos demandes.

Ce n’est pas une ébénisterie...c’est un job et....ils ne font rien sur place aucun outil pour couper quoi que se soit.....très mal reçu et pas d’aide.....horrible expérience n’allez pas là.....

The entire team at Ébénisterie St-Denis has a 10/10 from us. The quality of the service is excellent. We had three projects with them 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We started with the design layout. Our old kitchen furniture was very customized as the space was tight. We couldn't have an L or U shaped kitchen. As such the design process was long and hard. Chantale took all the time in the world to sit with us hours and hours to come up with the best layout in terms of light, space and taste. The next step was choosing the materials (cabinets, counters, door handles,etc). Plenty of pertinent information as this stage. Installing the cabinets was nothing less then professional. All doors are correctly lined up. The finish between the cabinets and the wall / floor is impeccable. The delivery and installation dates were respected at all times. We also encountered few glitches with some of the shelfs. Issue was fast dealt with and the shelfs were replaced. Another hiccup was one of the counters. Very, very professionally was this problem solved. Congratulations Ébénisterie St-Denis for such a great service.Dana & Marius

As a general contractor it's always been a pleasure working with the attentive Ebenisterie St-Denis designers proving to be thoughtful to the clients ideas and creative in a practical yet beautiful workspace. The European hardware is always cutting edge & the cabinetry quality is always top notch and a big plus in that's its from a very reputable Quebec supplier.

Excellent design choices, based on your taste! They have great product knowledge and attention to detail. They also have amazing quality. I love my kitchen and all the beautiful extra touches I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Definitely worth checking out before going to IKEA!

Le choix des matériaux et leurs caractéristiques sont simples et sans faille lorsque nos clients viennent nous rencontrer directement en salle de montre pour les voir et les comprendre. Il est évident que le fait que vous ayez commandé vos armoires sans ne jamais passer vous-même à notre magasin a certainement pu créer une confusion de votre part, surtout considérant toute la complexité et les détails qu'incluent l'achat d'armoires. Nous avons donc transigé en majorité avec votre contracteur pour les choix des armoires à votre place. Il est tout à fait normal qu’un dépôt équivalent à 35% du montant total ait été fait (par le contracteur) pour que nous mettions en production votre projet qui est entièrement sur mesure. D’ailleurs, cette pratique est la même chez tous les détaillants d'armoires. Comme nous vous avons livré vos armoires telles qu'elles ont été commandées, mais que vous les avez refusées parce que vous n'êtes finalement pas satisfait des choix de matériaux qui ont été fait, il est difficile de comprendre comment vous pouvez parler de vol en visant notre entreprise. Par le fait même, de mentionner que notre compagnie est reconnue comme étant une arnaque et qu’elle vole ses clients sont des accusations complètement fausses. Plusieurs solutions vous ont été offertes pour faire des changements sur votre projet et c'est pourquoi nous attendons impatiemment que vous entriez en contact avec nous autrement que par le web et que vous répondiez personnellement à nos multiples appels et courriels. Obviously, the fact that you have ordered your cabinets without never coming yourself to meet us and make you material choices certainly could create confusion on your part, especially considering the complexity and details included in the purchase of cabinets. Indeed, we compromised with your contractor which approved the cabinets material for you. It is quite normal that a deposit of 35% of the total amount was made (by the contractor) for the production since the project is fully customized. The cabinets were delivered as they have been ordered, but you denied them because you ultimately are not satisfied with the selection of materials that have been made. This is why it is difficult for us to understand how you can mention the word «stealing» toward us. Mentioning that our company is recognized as a scam and that it steals customers are completely false accusations.
