Excellent service and I highly recommend Dr.Laforge! He did the fitting of scleral lenses for my eyes, which was no easy task! I could not be happier! All of the gals at reception and that helped me with the fitting were super friendly, as well! Thank you!

Doctor Poole and her staff are very knowledge and kind . They are have very high achievements , and standards , within their skill sets that makes this office a place of healing and great solace . They are extremely skilled and their actions are exacting , informed and effortless . All the staff is very-very caring and their kindness is wondrous . You must see Doctor Poole as she is tremendously good with people !! HIGHLY RECOMENDED !!

Everyone at this clinic is lovely. The front desk techs are great at explaining the different styles of glasses and answering any questions that you may have. The office is beautiful and very comfortable, too. Dr. Laforge is really informative and does a great job at explaining everything to do with your eye care and health. It's nice to have a provider who prioritizes the patient's awareness and understanding of their care plan. Thank you, Broadway Eyecare!

I’m a new patient here and just had my first exam. I found the staff to be exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The doctor himself was super kind and explained the cause of some issues I’ve had in the past. He explained each test and gave me my results immediately. Overall I had a really great experience and I’d recommend this place.

Every person that helped me from the front desk to the student optemtrist, as well as Dr. Laforge and Kaylyn spelling?) who helped me pick out frames and lenses - every person went above and beyond and I felt so looked after. Thank you for an exceptional personalized visit. 20/20 WILL RECOMMEND :D

The optometrist was excellent. Come here for the eye exam. I do not recommend coming here to purchase your glasses. The woman at the counter (larger, brunette, bangs) was rude and pushy and would not leave me alone as I was trying on frames. Hey, if I'm spending hundreds of dollars on medical devices at your store, maybe leave me alone to peruse in peace, thanks?

An amazing customer service experience. Denise B went over and beyond. From listening to my concerns about a warranty defect on my glasses to an hour follow up after.
