Tina and Steve from Endurance Flooring were great too work with. They were very accommodating when our construction dates changed as well as being easy to communicate with throughout the process. Endurance sourced 8.5mt x 4mt of Quality Felt backed vinyl and delivered in only 3 days. The service from buying, delivering on time, the value and the quality was perfect. Definitely recommend this shop for all your flooring requirements.

Called at the shop on Tuesday, saw Tina who said we could take whatever samples as we liked home with us. Went back on Wednesday with the choice of carpets and booked for Steve to measure up at 9am Thursday, the next day. Steve arrived promptly and called later to inform 67 meters required, this was all fine so paid the deposit and the fitters were booked for the following Thursday to fit. Dave and Oliver arrived on the said day, very friendly and straight to work. 6 hours later all finished and very well done. I rang 2 days later and paid all the balance off.All very smooth, no pushing and plenty of emails to confirm the whole transaction.All in all 7 working days from start to finish !!Second time I have used them and will be using again next time.Thanks to Tina, Steve, Dave and Oliver.

Endurance Flooring are a pleasure to deal with, Steve and Dan were very knowledgeable and helpful, the fitters were friendly, quick and efficient and most importantly the flooring is good value and looks fantastic! We had 3 bedroom carpets fitted and Karndean supplied, we would 100% recommend them.

Initially dealt with Grant for queries, samples and was very helpful. Once decided and made up our minds we haggled on the price and were pleasantly surprised they were keen to be competitive (NOTE: In life, if you dont ask, you will never know what you can get... so do Ask ! but compare & shop around )... anyway Steve Blacklaw is the owner and was amenable to securing the order at a discount, and was pleasant about it. We decided to give our order to a Family owned business located in Truro, as that is our philosophy. We chose 80/20 for the Carpet at 50gsm for the Attic , Bedroom and TV room, made by HUGH MACKAY , Durham Naturals, colour being Oxford Stone. For the stairs we went for BALTA - Nature African Spirit 4505 (but also called Stamford NE6003 by UK stockist) which 100% polypropylene. The installation couldnt have been done by 2 most congenial professional chaps - Dave & Ollie. The rating reflects our overall satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service from start to finish. You are definitely treated as an individual and Grant goes out of his way to make sure you get the right price and the perfect flooring for your needs. Grant looks after the project fully, so the whole process then becomes stress free. It's very refreshing to deal with people who are flexible and genuinely concerned that you're happy (rather than being at the mercy of call centres, lead times, and often, rules set in stone). Honestly the best carpet fitters I've had too - David and Ollie couldn't have been more helpful and polite, and always had the time to answer any questions. They had to move a LOT of furniture too, and it was all put back as before. Highly recommend.
