Once again Kelly has worked hard to help us renew our mortgage while making it so easy for us. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to find the best scenario for our circumstances and patiently answered all of our questions. Kelly has helped us from the purchase of our first home, then our forever home and multiple mortgage renewals. Every meeting has been such a positive experience, I'd recommend her every time.

I originally started with a different insurance company and although they were good to deal with in the beginning, that quickly changed when my friend left. I was pleased to learn that the company was taken over by first foundation and could notice a difference right away in the service I got. Of particular note, Lyndsay Ratson became my new account manager and I couldn’t be happier. She is always very courteous on the phone and prompt with her responses to emails and messages. She also gives a thorough explanation of any changes being made to my coverage. I would highly recommend her expertise when it comes to your insurance needs.
