I called on a Sunday night after realizing my car keys had fallen out during a night out and I desperately needed to get back home. They had someone talk to me on the phone and explain the procedure and within no time they met me at my car and started working on making my new keys. 1 hour in -15 weather on a Sunday night at 7:00 pm, thats going out of your way for customers. In all, i was extremely satisfied with the service and i would definitely call them back up if im stuck again. I highly recommend them if you are stuck without your keys as i was.

Parking lot attendant lost my key and I called Mo the locksmith and he was able to program me a new key on the spot. Amazing I just called him and he showed up quickly and fixed the problem. I highly recommend!

Best customer service I’ve had in years! After checking out his website, we hired Serrurier Mo to fix the lock on our front door and change the keys, because our keys would no longer work (even though we just bought the house newly redone).From the first phone conversation to the day of the appointment and throughout the job, Mo was extremely courteous, professional and so knowledgeable.He arrived on time and when he arrived he showed me his BSP license and evaluated the situation then gave me different options to consider. He gave us great tips and insights about our home security and even fixed the errors in the door made by the home contractors (new home construction) ... Mo definitely knows his craft and is passionate about his trade.He gave us new keys and included tags for each one! Then at the end of the job to my surprise he asked for a vacuum to clean up his mess. That blew me away because I have had experience with electricians and all sorta of professionals do work and not clean up their mess and it has always been a pet peeve for me. So major points to Mo for that.I got a complete receipt and he offered many different payment methods because he has the portable machine.I spoke to 2other locksmiths before calling Mo and in the end I am glad I chose Serrurier Mo. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who needs a locksmith!
