Already at the first phone call we got a good feeling with that company. They were very courteous and efficient. This fine service continued when they arrived at our home and did clean our carpets. Excellent results, good price and very friendly guys. What else do you need? Highly recommended. Will use their services again.

Our carpet was a real disaster. We seriously thought of getting rid of it and buy a new one. Last week end we visited some friends who had a beautiful carpet. As we are just thinking of changing our carpet we asked them about theirs's. So they told us about B And D Carpet Cleaners. We decided to give it a chance and spare the money of a new carpet. They were so professional but super nice too!! My carpet was pretty bad and it looks a zillion times better. Not to mention the subtle clean citrus scent when its finished. Awesome!! They were a bit more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it!! Definitely will be a continued customer!!

This company was awesome to work with! B And D Carpet Cleaners are excellent.. I hired them to clean the carpeting in my office.. It hadn't been cleaned in almost 10 years.. Stains were lifted, carpet looks noticeably cleaner, and the office smells better.. They were all so professional, arrived on time, and were a real pleasure to work with.. I would highly recommend this company!

The cleaning was done properly but was misquoted. I was quoted 165.00 for 3 rooms and 7 stairs, then the technician told my husband when I was not there to confirm it was another 40.00 because there was an extra room. There is NO extra room and maybe he should learn to count. I called and I'm still awaiting a call from the technician who cleaned my carpets to speak to him. You honestly can't trust no one unless it's documented on paper.

Truly excellent service. they were accommodating and helpful. We had our couch and two side chairs cleaned and they took the time to show me what they were doing (as well as explain what the different pieces of furniture needed according to their materials). thank you guys! hope to work with you again!
