EPM Dental Care

Me and my husband have been going to this clinic for 3 years now and will continue to have our dental works done here. I am a very nervous patient and very sensitive to pain but Dr. Ed & his dental assistants have always been amazing. From tooth extractions, fillings and cleaning very satisfied and happy with every visit.I highly recommend this place.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Mah and his staff ever since coming to Canada 8 years ago. The experience has been great. We especially, like how Dr Mah gets to know his patients and that he acknowledges how grateful he is for our business. I have had several complex work done and have always been satisfied. I am unlikely to go anywhere else.

I have been going for years and am very happy with the whole EPM office staff - their knowledge and kindness with me and my daughter. This was all reinforced again for someone I referred, dealing with a disability and who needed extra help, they told me after their first appointment they had a MOST positive experience, like nothing ever before at a dentist. I booked with Dr. Mah to have four wisdom teeth out in February. I was pretty nervous about this procedure but I basically slept through the whole thing and didn’t feel a thing! I believe my appointment was under 2 hours from start to end as well, so it went pretty quick! I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a good experience. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful.

At first the team here was great to deal with and provided excellent care. Over the last year we ended up having to reschedule and cancel a couple appointments because well life happens and people get sick. We were then told that they would no longer book us appointments and they would just call us IF they had openings. Very disappointed that they are only worried about billing my insurance company vs actual patient well-being.

Doctor Ed and his team are amazing. They operated on my 4 wisdom teeth in which 2 were impacted, all in one appointment. They made sure that I was comfortable and ready before and during the operation. Contrary to the review made by S.S. Rodrigs, they made sure that my insurance would be able to cover my appointments and even made recommendations to have some moved to the next calendar year so I don't need to pay out of my pocket. I also think that it is the dental clinic's responsibility to know how much is going to be covered so they can give the best advice, maximize what is covered and when to schedule the treatment. EPM Dental Care clinic's facilities are clean, awesome parking and caring staff. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend EPM Dental! The staff are friendly and efficient! Appointments are easy to make, flexible times available and reminders are sent. We (my husband and I) are 100% satisfied with our dental work (regular cleanings, fillings, etc., and both have had crowns done)!

Was a great dentist for me and my wife until I was served a bill for my visit from a year ago and another bill for my wife's visit 2 yrs ago.Stating my insurance never paid and now I have to pay 2 years later....it was almost 500 dollars.Clearly they made a mistake and never told me or my wife till 2 years later and acted like we did something wrong...That's unacceptable and il never go back.

I made a right choice. Highly recommended. Try it now to believe. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Dr. Mah was very nice. He provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs! You’re in good hands.
