Had a great experience with Brad when my Fridge/Freezer broke down. He was the top result via google search, and Trail Appliances also referred him, as he's the only authorized Viking/Brigade repair person in Calgary. The online booking system was a breeze, and had my appointment set up right away. After a quick diagnosis, the issue was found and the replacement part was ordered. Thanks to COVID-19, the part took a tiny bit longer than usual to arrive, but once it did he was back ASAP to get the part installed. And when installing the new part, he ended up discovering what he thought to be the cause of the failed part (circulation fan), and came back the next day once that part failed to replace it as well.Honestly, take all of the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt. There are a lot of people out there that should not be allowed to use a computer, let alone leave a review. Brad was a delight to deal with, he's incredibly professional, and the whole experience from start-to-finish was exactly what you'd hope for when it comes to appliance repair.Not that I have much of a choice, with all of my kitchen appliances being Viking/Brigade, but I wouldn't even think about letting anyone else try and fix them.

As previous reviewer stated, doesn't answer phone. When emailed them to set up time to talk on the phone to discuss an issue and received a very rude, not helpful email back. Used them for a few different issues in the past and the service is getting worse. At one point we tried to discuss the details about a service call at a rental property in which we were not on site (just wanted to be in the loop) and they refused also to talk to us on the phone.I think if you are saving money and not hiring a receptionist then perhaps lowering your service prices would be helpful.

You are unable to book an appointment by speaking with someone. You have to do it online. Can’t even talk to them if you have a quick question. Crazy expensive! If you can wait 4-5 days to have something fixed then this will work for you.

Had a burner not working on my Viking cooktop. It was under warrantee thankfully. Brad was very fast to respond to any emails. He arrived prepared with all the parts and fixed my cooktop in one service call. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Great work!

I asked Bradley's repair to look at a burner on my Viking gas stove that wasn't working. I had to pay up front for the technician to come. Once he did he said the burner might need to be replaced but I would not look under to cooktop to find the serial number as it was a liability issue" . He then said he would call trial appliances to see if there was a record of the sale. I reached and found the user manual and left 2 phone messages and an email providing the serial number. There was no response. They charged me up front and I never heard from them again. Stay away."

I had a wonderful experience with Bradley's appliance service. I described to the technician what was wrong and he was able to book me in for service and come out with the correct part on the same day! Not only was able to book him in for a one trip service call but he was affordable and personable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to my family and friends!

A few years ago, Brad fixed our Vikingbrand stove. He did a great job. Since wewere so impressed, we called him againhoping he would fix our Electrolux brandwashing machine.To have him show up for a quote, herequired $130 (which is understandable).While looking at the washing machine, heexplained that there could be 4 differentissues and each issue could potentiallycost approximately $300+ to fix, resulting ina total minimum cost of $1000. Even then,he said there may still be a risk of it notworking and that it would be more costeffective to purchase a new washer. Hemade these assumptions without turningon the short 15 minutes cycle.After all of this, Brad mentioned that hewould be charging an additional $90,increasing the total to $220 for a stillbroken washing machine. The appliance isslightly over 3 years old.My husband decided to purchase a $130water inlet valve and replaced the piecehimself. This fixed the issue in less than anhour.We sent a detailed description of the issue and error code displayed when we booked the service call. Despite this he still wasn’t able to diagnose the problem, he could have told us this over the phone.I received this email the next day.

Bradley’s appliance service has provided quality service a number of times on our Viking appliances. Work is of high quality and very reasonably priced.

Brad repaired our Viking D3 refrigerator freezer by replacing a worn out air damper. Brad was courteous, very knowledgeable, competent and provided efficient prompt service. The fridge was making a loud rumbling and then humming sound. Brad asked if I could record the sound and send to him prior to coming to our home so he could determine if he could diagnose the issue so when he came to the home he would have the appropriate parts for replacement. And he diagnosed the issue right away, so he came with the replacement part and the issue was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Brad at Bradley's Appliance Service for any issues you have with your kitchen or laundry appliances. You won't be disappointed.

I just recently had Bradley complete a tune up on my viking gas range as I felt the flames were burning too high and the igniter was continuously clicking. I was a little hesitant to pay the service call online prior to arrival however since Trail Appliances recommended this company for Viking repairs and after emailing back and forth to select a date I went ahead and paid.On the day of service I received a text message informing me the tech is on his way to my location. When Brad arrived he was very professional, wearing new gloves, mask, shoe coverings and had a blanket to protect my flooring. He spent time inspecting the flame, showing my how to properly care for my range, cleaned the burner bases, heads and ignitor's all while giving me future cleaning tips. Although not initially an issue he checked my oven and turns out a screw was completely missing on one side and the other side the screw was stripped out - which he fixed and saved me from a future service call.Afterwards he emailed me all the cleaning tips and Viking information that we discussed during his visit.Very thorough visit and trustworthy company.
