Wok To You Chinese -Thai - Sushi Delivery To You!

3 months ago I put a bad review on here however, After feeling pretty disappointed, the owner got ahold of me and made me feel a lot better about my experience. It is nice to know that the owner will go above and beyond for their business. I appreciate the help and respect from him and his company!****Today I change my review back to my original...** I never got the credit out on my account. I feel as if the owner just said that to get me to change my review. I will NOT be using this delivery service anymore. Very upset. After I said “I guess I won’t be using you guys anymore” she didn’t even try to fight me or please me, instead she goes “okay” and hangs up. GREAT customer service... NOT!!!

At times I wait near 2 hours for my food. Wok to You contacted me and advised me that the wait time was due to the restaurant New Asan Star". I have added one star to the review for reaching out and trying to fix the situation"

In my 27 years of life this is the very first review I have ever left on Google. I have used wok to you for years and have always been very pleased. This night in particular I was left absolutely flabbergasted by the incredible and kind service that I received. I spoke to a very nice gentleman on the phone who took the time to help us pick out a Chinese restaurant in our usual range (since ours is under new ownership and not what it used to be and we have not found one that we enjoy thus far), and he was incredibly kind and patient on the phone(plus we LOVE the place he recommended!!!!!!!!) After, we had the absolute sweetest delivery driver deliver our food and had a pleasant short conversation with her! So so nice all around! Wok to you has SUCH nice staff always. I will always continue to use wok to you because I have never had a bad experience and this night was no exception! P.s. always tip your drivers!

This is a time that I never thought I'd have to do and leave a bad review for wok to you. I had placed an order using their services at 7:28pm when they do t close until 8:30pm. The person on the phone told me it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to receive my food. Here it is, currently 9:00pm and I have not received my order. I have Tried calling wok to you from 8:45-8:53 you would think that they would have someone still answering phones for already made orders, instead someone answers the phone and immediately hangs up. This is one experience I never thought I would go through with this company

Hi Everyone. Wok to u is and has been a great service. I have ordered many times from them. Order has always been good and warm. Really good food. But this time and last order I asked for white rice like I always do. They bring me brown rice. The man that took my order said I didn't ask for white I continued to tell him i did ask for white rice.. He said Donna let's not get all upset about some rice. He starts telling me that they don't put much in the brown rice going on to tell me whats in it. I explained that's not what I ordered. They made me feel as if I should eat it anyways. He tied me at first he would put a big note in my file no white rice. I said man this is an expensive meal for not getting the right rice. Then he said he's going to put a note and a couple dollar credit for me. After arguing for over 5 min on the phone. He offered to being me white rice. Then said when they got my last order wrong why didn't I tell them then. I didnt complain cuz I didn't have time. And let it slide the 1 them. He continued to tell me I should have called in then. I told him I was going to do a on line review. He said if u can do a review now when something wrong. Why couldn't u give us a review when something was good. Man I didn't expect it to go down like that. Makes me not want to ever order again.

WoW. There is a first, AND LAST time for everything! This was possibly BOTH for me! Delivery took almost 2 hours. I held out, to be patient...when I called, the owner said that the delivery guy was In rough traffic..and would be here in a few mins...sure enough he was. But that was still almost 2 hours late. I paid $27 for a $14 meal. The difference was a $5 tip plus however delivery is determined... My food was not warmand enjoyable as expected ... as if it was sitting.Delivery guy was nice and apologized..but I have a feeling based off of all comments I see NOW that this is normal. IF your business is located in ONE far away place, from restaurants that you deliver for..maybe focus on what is AROUND your location for quicker delivery. Just an experience that I will never go through again hopefully..but also being honest 100%. It was also my first time ordering from that restaurant, and I don't even want anything from there anymore now.
