I took my EZ turn lawn mower in to McLaren, Horseshoe Valley Road to see if they could weld a hanger bracket on the deck. I was NOT informed there would be a charge for them looking at it. They did not need to take anything apart, just a visual glance. They did absolutely NOTHING for us or my machine. They said they could not weld it. They charged us $110.47 before they would let us have our machine back. Yes, we did purchase it from them.Included was a charge for supplies/freight"!!!This type of service is not acceptable."
