Chris and his team were fantastic and helped me get a great mortgage rate in a tough interest rate environment. Chris advised me to take a shorter term 3-year term for a better rate, given the current market conditions. He also negociated to get me a rate well below any advertized rates from lenders. Exceptional Service -I was referred to Chris through a friend of mine for our new home in Ottawa. Chris & Sandra make a great team and I absolutely enjoyed working with them.
