Dec 9, 2022 at 5:50am I pull into the drive thru before work and had to repeat my order 4x, lg steeped tea double double and a sm iced capp. Get to the window, older female staff at the cash starts yelling at the other drivers going through the drive thru to go away. Go home. Go away. Why are you here? Go home." which was very unprofessional and extremely rude. After I pay for my drinks and she's still cussing out the other customers

The service is always slow, the employees ignore you while your standing there waiting to place your order. The coffee is always burnt. For a corporation that is known for coffee, you'd think they would have the formula down to a T by now. The coffee is always different, never consistent.Awful, just awful

This place is totally awesome coffee was very good to be honest the best coffee I've had in a long time I would recommend this Tim Hortons to anybody who's looking for early cup.of.joe afternoon cup of joe or even a late-night pick me up

I bought a breakfast combo a few weeks ago and was missing my hash brown. I called and was told my name was in the book. When I went to get my replacement my name was not in the book and they would not honour the replacement. Very poor customer service over a $2 hash brown. To say the least they will no longer get my business.

Really happy with the costumer service!I placed a delivery order that included a honey cruller, and the delivery arrived with an apologetic note that they had run out of crullers, which wasn't a big deal. But, I was happily surprised that they included 2 other donuts instead. They didn't have to do that, and it wouldn't have been a big deal if they hadn't, but I appreciated it.Everything else in the order was correct, and we've rarely had issues with other orders.

I don't know who franchises this restaurant, or why they think it can survive on a handful of crumbs and a single staff member, but they should be ashamed of themselves.Every single time I have gone to this tim Hortons, I am greeted by 1-2 staff members who are incredibly kind and considerate, but they are drowning. They are absolutely understaffed. They are usually out of most common baked goods. Customers are furious and either leaving when they see the empty baked goods displays, or they're loudly complaining with each other or at the employees. Again, the employees are clearly working as hard as possible, there just aren't enough of them.Whoever runs this place, you are understaffing your restaurant and subjecting your employees to inhumane working conditions. Hire more staff. Pay them a fair wage.I'll be going out of my way to find out who owns this location and if they own other locations in the area so that I can blacklist them on my Google maps.

Worst customer service ever. Even completed the survey and asked to be contacted so we were able to have things corrected. A week has gone by still nothing. It’s very obvious that customer satisfaction is not on their priority list. There is many Tim Hortons in Chatham so I would recommend staying away from this location and go to a different one where you are welcomed and appreciated.
