If you are looking for a dental office where you receive excellent dental care AND are also made to feel like family, this definitely is the place to be! Dr. Cheryl Tuira is amazing (not just because we both have the same love for strong coffee), but she is also very knowledgeable and caring and helped me to make an informed decision on my replacement crown years ago The front desk staff, the assistants and the hygienists are thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and lovely to deal with and their patient care is exceptional.

I find this office and staff very comfortable. I suffer from anxiety and I have almost none with staff, hygienist and dentist.

Megan the Hygienist is absolutely wonderful. So warm and friendly. She is professional and always takes the time to explain procedures and treatment options to me. Mary the receptionist is also warm and friendly. It is a pleasure to come into this office. Mike the Hygienist is wonderful too as well as the reception staff and the dentists.

I recently went to the Riverside Dental Office in Kamloops for a first visit. I was immediately impressed with the culture of the office. It was warm, inviting and gracious. The staff were both very professional and relationally kind. It felt like coming home…what a strange thing to say about going to a dentist office but that shows the quality of this team. So far my experience has been wonderful. I was treated very gentle and with so much respect and care. I am still in the process of getting my teeth fixed and I look forward to seeing the end result. But so far I would recommend this dental office as they really seem to care and don’t judge or make me feel bad in anyway. They work with me to make and work together to be in same page. So far just a cleaning and two fillings. One thing I love about the dentist is she calls me the next day to check on my comfort and I have never had that. Makes me feel like she actually cares. It’s a nice change compared to your typical dental experience. I will leave a new review once the work is done and don’t worry I am not one to leave out details good or bad. I find it very hard to find honest reviews and I promise I only share my own honest experiences

I just wanted to state that this clinic has been exceptional working with our family. Their follow up care is wonderful. They engage with my children in respectful and kind ways. They are knowledgeable and efficient. Their front office staff are really, really wonderful. It’s a great environment. And I hate going to the dentist.

Super happy with Riverside Dental. I was traumatized as a child from a dentist. Dr. Tuira has been super amazing. The hygienists are all so friendly and efficient. The office staff (especially Mary) has been nothing but kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
