I've been a loyal customer of warer depot from Kitchener and I moved in Paris this yr so I found this place near by. Very friendly from the beginning and the water's always good. My wife cares about the taste of it, she can't drink water from my fridge, and this water passed the test. :) Thank you.

I have to say the old guy in the suit and tie from the 70s has zero people skills, terrible attitude. He definitely should not be in customer service. He may even be the owner who knows but terrible experience. He has a terrible attitude and doesn’t carry himself well. I went to water bar in Brantford following my visit there and the customer service was great.

I'm pretty sure that it was the owner we dealt with when going to Water Depot for the first time. He was EXTREMELY proud of his establishment and the water he supplies. He couldn't do enough for us, explaining the process of his establishment and insisted on giving us 2 free bottles of water to try without expecting us to prepay for any commitment to prepaid bottles....which we did anyway. Their water is AMAZING. We've gone through all 6 of the bottles we bought in less than a month and are going back for more tomorrow. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone!!!! 10 stars if there was that option.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We had questions on how to treat the water tanks at the trailer, and the gentleman was so helpful. We bought 25 refills, and will return!

I Definitely see why these folks are so highly rated. I called in today with some questions about a softener that came with our house. Rob helped me immediately in the most courteous way. He tested my water, helped me get educated and pick out the best salt... which staff helped load in my truck. Will return here for sure.
