Steve (owner) has been fantastic, great to talk with. His staff do an amazing job. They help take the bottles out to your vehicle. Steve explained to me how everything works as it was my first time. Going to keep this place #1 for my bottle refills.

Normally, only complaint I'd have is the lack of a machine for putting the lids on. Lately, however, their payment system is broken and only accepts exact change. This has been ongoing for at least a month without resolution.

I’ve been with this water store for many years. Do you know what is in your water from this store? Once the water tasted bad, took it back and they tested the water. The water had bleach in it. Lots of times when I get a bad taste, it taste like freaking tap water. Maybe there machines aren’t working. Maybe they are ripping people off. We pay for city water and the bottle store is charging us money for tap water. I would change stores but there’s not a lot of competition. Why do they get away with this? If water doesn’t taste right do something. Stop wasting your money. Make the store responsible and maybe we would get better water.
