Incompetent staff! Please ask your family doctor for referral do a different clinic if you can! Their staff on two different occasions failed to notify me about appointment that they have booked for me. I found out about it night before when place called me to conform that I am coming tomorrow. And now I've been waiting for over a month for them to book me appointment with another clinic which their doctor has referred me to. After I didn't hear form them in 2 weeks about the booking fearing the same experience as in the past to repeat I called them, no reply, I called them and left msg for another 2 weeks with zero results. Until finally they picked up, only to notify me that they will let me know when the other appointment is booked. It's been over a month and a half today when I called them again, they told me that the other office never received referral form them which is why appointment hasn't been booked. I will be looking into reporting these individuals as it is pure negligence!

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is the biggest waste of time and space I’ve ever seen. I booked an appointment to get stitches removed - my appointment was for 2:30, we didn’t get put in a room until 3:35. The doctor then made us wait an extra 35 minutes because he was looking for the tools to remove the stitches. After they were finally removed there was barely any communication between me and the doctor about aftercare or what the next steps are. He also kept leaving the room mid appointment to leave and talk to other workers and help other patients. Overall very unorganized and unprofessional, will not be returning. Waste of time for very poor service

Dr.Shafi did an excellent job on investigating my symptoms. The receptionists could not successfully deliver my requisition to the imaging centre. It took over two weeks for them to deliver it and now I have to wait two weeks longer to get imaging because of this. On top of this I had to call the reception back and forth several time trying to fix this issue. I am in pain and trying to find answers to my pain and now I have to wait longer on top of long waiting times for medical help.

My family doctor sent me to see an endocrinologist, months ago. I did not hear anything about this appointment until one day I went to see my family doctor in the clinic that is located in Victoria Park Ave. While I was checking in to see my doctor as walk-in, the receptionist asked me if I was aware that I was booked an appointment to see the endocrinologist on December 13, that was two days before that. I was shocked and I said no, I have no idea about any appointment, so she wrote for me in a piece of paper with the address...The day before the appointment, I was trying to find the address in Google maps, but it did not match, so I called the CHN located in Oconnor, where usually I see my family doctor, to confirm the address. The receptionist confirmed the address, which was wrong, it was not 3450 but 3400 Danforth avenue. And at the same time she said my appointment was not for December 13 but for February 13. Then, since I saw I cannot trust your receptionists, I called directly this place and they confirmed the appointment.Today, February 13, in the middle of the snow, I had to pay $24 CAD cab to take me to this appointment, because there is no way to go with public transportation, unless I want to walk 1 kilometer. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me, oh they did not call you? I said clearly nobody called me... for what? She said, doctor cancelled all the appointments.... is this a joke? do I look like a patient I do not deserve respect? Am I a clown for your incompetent employees? instead of being sitting down and looking at the black screen, they should be calling the patients to give them the RIGHT information, I do not have time to waste like this! learn how to be serious, then open clinics....

I had an appointment with doctor here at 12.30pm it’s been 3 hours was writing to see doctor.very poor service totally unsatisfied.

I appointed Dr. Latif as my family doctor and it might have been a big mistake. First time I met him he didn’t even hear me properly of the problems I’m dealing with. He gave me tests that aren’t even covered by OHIP! And even if the test were done and results were sent to the doctor for over 2 weeks ago, there is no follow up! I’ve been calling them constantly to book an appointment but nobody receives the call. Such a disappointment.They changed the name to DanDan Family Practice (maybe to mask the bad reviews) but still the same place with the same awful service.

So, if you want to get a family physician, you can go to another medical Centre. Receptionist didn’t give any proper information during the call, so when I came, I even didn’t have opportunity to see a doctor because I was misinformed about the facility’s services. Change your mind and choose another clinic.

This location they have a doctor name Khodabandehloo Mohammed, he is the rudest doctor I have ever seen. this guy left me without a treatment. while I was talking to him, left me and asked the receptionist to send the next patient. talking to me in total of 2 minutes while was walking. I will file a complaint against him that's for sure. meanwhile I recommend you to stay away from him.

Rude receptionist, She hung up on me and not even giving me full info which I have asked. No Idea why this things are going on at clinic. Someone referred me here and I must say It is WASTE of time to even call them and go there. I hope someone from licensed doctors of Ontario take action on this work place.

Biggest waste of time!!! the staff is ok, they will just make you wait for no reason even if you have an appointment, it seems to be their usual error so you should expect that.The doctor has no basic sense of manners , sorry/thank you meh nothing , never gives you a follow up answer related to your treatment, especially if you are a woman and it is related to your body, forget iabout it ,he is the boss, he holds the right to do whatever with it and you can't questions else you are just advised to go to someone else oh and he throws tantrums and gets upset too if asked follow up questions on the treatment . I had to take 3 hour away to come here, everything despite this clinic being close to my house , if you have kids pls Don't!
