The most awesome thing about apnabasket is that we can rely on them completely, besides the quality of the products (which is always authentic ) they’re always available and easy to reach. Sometimes its so hard to find the right store to get all Indian grocery at one place but Apnabasket has solved this. Really liked it. ;)

Horrible customer service. Terrible products and the owners do not care. Will not refund your money even if garbage shows up at your door.

I got a little hick up because I made a mistake in my phone number, so I received my grocery a day after the delivery date, but they handled it perfectly :) Very great experience, my order arrive without any mistake! Everything was there, in bigger quantities than expected (veggies). Also... it seems like I received a free thermos?! At first I thought that was a mistake, but the ''Apna basket'' sticker over it make me think that it must be a promotional goodies, which if it is DAMN THANK YOU! The delivery was already free, I for sure was not expecting a free Thermos as well :O Thank you thank you!! Amazing :)

The delivery was pretty prompt, within a couple of hours and they have a good variety of products on their app. Definitely would recommend to my friends and family.
