Went for takeout and had to come back to ask them to remove the bun, add sauce and cutlery.Went to eat and only 1 set of cutlery and 1 chalet sauce for two meals.. is it really that difficult, guys?Guess we're taking turns eating today.

A solid inbetween to fast food and a sit down restaurant. Low prices, decent portion sizes, food was overcooked however.Update: was contacted by Ron an offered a redo on him! Great customer service and I'll definitely be back to give this place another try!!

Ordered Thanks giving special menu for 3, it was the driest, worst Swiss Chalet i ever had. Even the french fries so hard like it was cooked hours ago. So disappointing.

I have tried their chicken strips, chicken Caesar salad and a quarter white and dark with their special sauce. I really enjoyed their food and service, the servers over there treat us like a family member and the food they served are fresh and delicious. Moreover, they have a lot of dinning space, so if you are coming with family or with your friends you can really enjoy each and every moments. I love it ❤️

Food was good. Service was good. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. She was also very patient with the children. One order came without the chalet sauce, our order of chicken poutine came without chicken and this is a minor point, but the finger bowl came without the lemon.

This restaurant is awful. Unfortunately we were in for dinner a few weeks ago and it’ll be the last. Took 20 minutes to see the server. Reasoning from the server was they were busy and understaffed. Took over an hour to get our food after ordering…for clarity, the restaurant was not busy inside. Very poor service and no manager in site. If a family with small kids comes in for dinner, it’s supposed to be a pleasant experience. Going to this Swiss Chalet was nothing but stressful for everyone involved, and that’s not what going out for dinner should be…

Ordered delivery for 6 of us in total. Portions were big, food was fresh and hot! We all really enjoyed our meals and will be ordering from this location again in the future. :)

Delicious dishes, chicken was tender with tasty sauce, a good new dish was rotisserie chicken and fried rice with vegetables, but the spring rolls chicken were mild. Each table has it own private space, clean restroom, good location next to Costco with a lot of parking. Service was good, staff was helpful and patient. Decent price.

Food was good, however... There were a few errors with our food order. One quarter chicken and rib dinner did not come with Chalet Sauce. Bowls of water were brought to the table, but did not have lemon. Our poutine came without chicken. Our server offered to bring it back and add chicken, but we declined. A wrap, and garden salad we ordered both had unripe tomatoes.

Ordered 2 double leg dinner from location on 735Wonderland Rd, London. Unfortunately tasteless and cold chicken, very soggy and cold fries.This my first and last time to eat at Swiss Chalet. Not recommended at all.
