Rochester travel group is the best!Had a slight hiccup in my up coming honey moon where a flight got switched to the next day on my way home. Instead of having to spend money to stay a night in Atlanta, they were able to work there magic to get me a extra night in st Lucia!To top it all off I am actually getting money back!I've used them for all my trips, very accommodating to any budget. Never had a bad experience! Thanks to the crew there and shout out to Kris for helping me through my issue, with quick resolution!

I have used the Rochester Travel Group several times over the years and they provided nothing but the Best vacations. Diane and her staff are Top Notch and always ready to help. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for my travel needs. They are Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to booking Disney Cruises and Vacations. My husband and I went through Rochester Travel Group for our honeymoon In September, The 5 star resort" we stayed at was horrible the food was disgusting and the entire resort was under construction the whole time... We ended up coming home 4 days early and had to pay an extra $400.00 to come home early

I've worked with the ladies at Rochester Travel Group twice and both times I've had a wonderful experience. The first time was when I took a trip to Florida in February- my flight ended up getting cancelled. I called the travel agency to explain and they found me another flight which ended up saving my trip! I also used them to book my flights and resort for my honeymoon and we had an amazing time. They have great recommendations and always find you the cheapest flights. I plan on continuing to use them in the future!
