Healthy Planet - Kanata

Love this store! The prices are cheaper than other places I have been. There are always deals on many products. Although there are ample supplements, you'll find so much more. It's like a healthy grocery/body care store. A lot of fun to unwind and explore. In particular I appreciate Ritu the Nutritionist who knows her stuff. She really helped me with advice on supplements. She not only recommends products but also kindly answers and addresses any questions or concerns. There are also free health magazines. I recommend this store to anyone.

I've been shopping at Healthy Planet since the very first day they opened here in Kanata. You can usually find anything you want related to health. My family love this store. The prices are reasonable and there’s a variety of options. Customer service is wonderful! Amazing selection of honey, probiotic dairy and supplements.Always a pleasure to shop in this clean, well organized holistic store. Excellent staff provides exceptional customer service.Like most stores it has its quirks once you get to know them it will become a weekly or monthly destination! :)

The store is beautifully laid out and has a fantastic assortment of healthy foods and personal care products that is unmatched in the West End. Staff is helpful and knows their stuff.

After having purchased a beauty product, using it only once and asking for a refund due to the product not even remotely being as it advertises, I was informed beauty products are final sale. This is something most stores allow for refunds for reasonable reasons. Unfortunately, nowhere innthe store is it written that beauty products are final sale nor do the sales associates mention this at the cash prior to the transaction. Therefore, not only is the store unreasonable but there is no way for the customer to know what is non-refundable until the receipt is issued....at which point the transaction went through and it's too late. When I called to ask, the associate helping me had to ask the manager which further proves associates are unaware of the return policy and do not communicate it to customers otherwise the associate would have known. After spending hundreds upon hundreds at this store, and next to zero loyalty points, this is so unprofessional. I will never purchase here again.

I LOVE this store! It will now be one of my stops on weekly grocery shopping run. I was impressed with the well-stocked shelves, the amazing help and advice from the on-site wholistic nutritionist Val, who introduced me to helpful products, the range and availability of products, the cleanliness...and more. Can’t wait to go back already! You should check it out.

Staff is informative and knowledgeable. However be sure to read the labels on all products as half of the food in store is marketed as “healthy” or “natural” but is equivalent if not worse then “junk food” purchased at Walmart for half of the price. However products that are truly natural and healthy found in store are great

Very helfdul staff . Dynamic and glad came back after two years. They have better layout and smiling personnel active on the floor. I use to shop at trainyards. Because its nearer.

I love the store it's become my staple store in the past year. Has herbs on their shelf that most other health foods stores need to order in. Has gluten free and many sugar free options that are difficult to find anywhere else. Wouldn't mind seeing more homeopathic BIOTIN's options of 10M, and less products with MALTODEXTRIN/DEXTRIN in it, for a health store you should AIM FOR THAT, but other then that it's awesome
