I like the strawberry bubble tea I always stop by and buy with the pair of dumplings but the man that's staff it takes so long my order to be done I'm not sure if he is new and when he see ididnt put any tips he is rude to give it to me my order idont know if iam required to put tips because iam regular customer and icant afford to put tips all the time Mos specially if iam on budget after that ididnt return back if he is there

They had a buy one get one free event. Lined up for 30 minutes. Three staff working none stop, it's understandable that it took so long. People were ordering between 4 and 10 drinks.

This take out bubble tea stop is located inside an Asian Food a marketplace.It must be original taste and flavour because…..well….Asians Drink it.To my western taste, the Mango-litchi combination drink, #4 that I ordered lacked a certain zing, or zest, it lacked that elusive: je-ne-sai-quio, that I just can’t quite put my finger on.Despite this minor missing, I-don’t-know-what

Quickly, more like Slowly. Waited 40 minutes to get our drinks. Guy ahead of us ordered 3 drinks, and that took forever, then our drinks took forever. Another older lady was waiting the whole time to even put her order in. She eventually left (after about 20 minutes) and I don't blame her lol. I don't blame the employee for the slow speed, I blame the managers for only having one person working by themselves when it seems the process is pretty slow as it is. They Def should stop being cheap and have atleast 2 people working together. Poor guy who was doing our orders was def going as fast as he could and was clearly working hard, I don't blame it on him at all.

I'm a milk tea addict before the pandemic started so I can say that I already tried most of the popular internationally and popular locally milk tea here. Quickly Bubble is the best. It aint that sweet, its have a bitter taste, so milky and the boba are so perfect. It means perfect.yes, you can ask it as sweet as Tim Horton's double double, but that sharp sweet can cover all the other flavor.yes you can find a cheaper one, but you pay what you get. I happened got a chance to talk with the boss, the owner had a lot of experience before on bubble tea years ago. He knows what's he is doing, and he loves what he is doing.

Great customer service! The bubble tea I order there was great - exactly the level of sweetness I had wanted! It is located in the supermarket which is great for me as a regular customers store as it's super convenient to get a to-go drink after my grocery shopping. Will for sure go back :)
