I sat and waited for 30 min as Susan talked and talked with a customer who was in to do a simple Transfer of Ownership before I had to leave and they were nowhere near finishing. This is the second time this has happened, the lack of consideration for customers is intolerable. I'd rather drive for 30 min to an office that will respect my time.

Was pleased with my past service here. Staff was very condescending towards me today. I made a mistake but there was no need to be rude about it. I will no longer do business here.
