Very clean brand-new clinic and pharmacy, easy to park for free.Doctors very friendly and listen keenly to my concerns, make me feel comfortable during my visits.They both listen and explain things well no rush at all.Pharmacist is a great person with a great attitude.The clinic is well managed, and the receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

Horrible horrible service by the receptionist! Gave me an appointment for 11.45am today and I waited one full hour just to have a meet and greet with the doctor, unfortunately I was never able to see the doctor so I cannot comment on Dr. Sarwa, a family of 6 people went right before me and everyone was moving around the clinic like it was their house WITHOUT masks!!! The receptionist didn’t bother to advise them. I don’t understand the point of giving an appointment if I had to wait like a walk in, grabbed my health card and registration form and got out, of course never going back again, I cannot bear to deal with such inefficient people. No parking nearby so paid parking is the only option. Go here only if this is the last clinic on earth.P.S the receptionist didn’t even bother to apologize.

An excellent clinic, Dr. Hany Halqa is the best physician I have dealt with in Mississauga. No wonder everyone wants him to be their family doctor.

I'm not sure why this clinic is open. The doctors are always either on vacation or leave early. The front staff doesn't ever pick up the phone even though they instruct you to call. If no one wants to do their jobs why open the clinic?Dr. Sarwa is quite good, I will say that. It's a shame that just getting in touch with her is a huge pain because of how this clinic is run.

Dr. Sarwah is an amazing family physician; she is attentive and care about her patients. I will give her 10 stars if there is that option.However the office never answer phone calls and their voicemail is not INITIALIZED. Like seriously, how are we suppose to see a doctor when you cannot even book an appointment? Please Dr. Sarwah if you are reading this, make note of your help desk/administrators because they are making your good work turn into something else.

Do not go to this clinic if you are pregnant!! Because of the negligence of this clinic i waited 2 weeks for a URGENT blood test (because the doctor wasn't registered in the system - I also NEVER actually received the results from the clinic, i had another doctor in another clinic get them for me), and i MISSED a vital scan because the doctor did not request it in time (i went at 12 weeks and they didn't request until 14 weeks - 13 weeks, 6 days is the cut off to undergo the ultrasound).I didn't get an apology or any kind of empathy for these delays - no thought process at all on how this would impact a patient.The receptionist was embarrassingly rude - i don't know whether to laugh or cry at her professionalism. They do not pick up the phone so i walked over and had to wait in the clinic for 2 hours, 2 days in a row to get answers regarding urgent matters the clinic had delayed. I was told - they just don't pick up the phone, they are busy and i had to deal with it.THEN they tried to make me pay for the consultation again, with the doctor and nurse making me feel guilty for the time they spent with me. I initially agreed to pay, although i adamantly believe that i shouldn't have to pay the same clinic twice about the same thing within a week. Essentially, i am paying for the initial doctors mistakes. Clearly taking advantage of cash paying patients.The doctor left as i was about to pay - while the nurse started being rude about how i was ungrateful for not agreeing to pay the doctor because she had spent time with me. I was explaining the situation, that i respect the doctors time, but that was not the issue - the issue was that no one was following-up with me, requesting the right tests in time, or communicating any of these delays with me. The issue was that i was asked to pay for a repeat consultation that i had already paid for (but the appropriate care wasn't given) - which meant that my health and health of my baby were jeopardised. The nurse constantly spoke over me, didn't let me finish my sentence, then started shouting that she didn't want to speak to me anymore or get involved in this situation (but yet kept talking - but wouldn't let me respond).Terrible patient care. A horrible experience. I was extremely stressed at this situation. I still haven't received the blood test results from this clinic.Strongly urge you find somewhere else. No regard for the patient - especially if you have any serious medical concerns. I don't know the names of staff, but this happened on a Tuesday.

Got Dr.Sarwah as the Family Doctor for my family and so far she has been great in terms of discussing medical issues and she also suggests some options in case we want to avoid medication. The receptionist and Pharmacist are excellent too and quite friendly. My only con is the appointments feel a little rushed sometimes with the Doctor being quite busy. Overall, great place so far and hoping to build a good connection for my family with this Doctor.

We are changing the review to 5 stars because Dr. Sarwa is wonderful.We were given an appointment for 10:45 am and at 11:35 am we had to leave before seeing the doctor because we had another appointment for my pregnant wife. I've really given up trying to find one decent clinic that RESPECTS it's patients. It seems like this is all about making money nowadays. Overbook and make your patients wait 45 minutes to one hour. It's really sad.

Really great people here. They are fast and always try to accommodate. Communication is so easy with the doctor and they always follow up with me when lab results come back. It is nice and clean as well so add benefits.Next door is the pharmacy so i don't need to walk far to get medication. Great combination of doctors and pharmacy!!

Dr. Hany Halka is very knowledgeable, kind and smart. The clinic is clean and makes you feel comfort and stress-free. All the staff are nice. Waiting time is average. The clinic is highly recommended for patients looking for a new family doctor.
