Adam was recommended to us by our local Trex supplier.He designed a deck to complement our back yard and gave us a thorough estimate on installation. His crew were extremely professional and did a great job installing the deck. No minor detail was overlooked in it's construction. The work area was cleared and cleaned up every day and the job was completed on schedule. The deck looks fantastic, we couldn't be happier. They even registered our deck with Trex for the 25 year warranty.Highly recommend XMT construction.Thanks to Adam, David, Doug and Martin, (sorry if we missed anyone).

Adam & team gave us a professional, high quality renovation for our Kitchen with pot lighting and a wonderful pantry, new counters, sinks, etc. throughout. Adding pot lighting to our Family Room. Refinishing our hardwood flooring, painting. Remodeling our Ensuite with a wonderful walk-in shower. During the renovation, the site was kept clean and organized and trades were on time as scheduled by our Project Manager, Jason. He was a friendly and excellent communicator who kept us informed on the progress of the reno and was always responsive to our questions in a friendly manner. We would highly recommend XMT Construction.

XMT is an amazing company. Adam and his team are committed to excellence in customer service, quality work and materials. We used them to build our deck. Their team was highly skilled. We were doing a main floor reno and all the tradespeople were amazed at the quality of their work. Adam helped us figure out the landscaping that would work for the deck, and caught a very significant mistake our interior reno team was making, saving us huge hassle and cost. He covered the cost of an error in quoting, giving us the same quality we had asked for, for less money! I highly recommend them if you want the best deck with the best experience possible!

I work as a project manager for Mountain View landscaping. I have had the pleasure to work side by side on quite a few projects in the Langley area with XMT construction over the past few years. Adam, Jason, and Martin are very professional and thorough with the work that they do. It's always a pleasure working with them.

We had an exceptional experience with Adam and his team doing a major renovation of our home. They are a VERY talented team who're absolute professionals, trustworthy and very just good honest people to the core. I was so blown away by the efficiency and impeccable timing of every stage on our complex job that involved interior and exterior spaces. They were even able to work effectively in terrible wet winter weather by building a robust temporary enclosure on the front of the home to be able to work inside of. We did experience one unexpected issue during our renovation that was weather related where water got into an area of the home we weren't renovating. When I noticed this (during heavy rain), I called Adam at 7pm on a Sunday night and, within and hour, there were two of his team there to get things sealed up, sorted out and to make sure we were okay. The next morning Adam had a whole crew on site, they completely owned what happened (even though I believe it wasn't entirely their fault), they repaired anywhere that was damaged and it was significantly better than before! They apologized for not anticipating what happened and entirely covered the cost of repairs, although we did ask them to throw in a few upgrades to the space while they were at it;) Which of course we paid for. The way they handled the problem speaks volumes about what an amazing company this is. When renovating a home it can feel very vulnerable and uncomfortable with everything being torn apart, knowing that XMT was super-efficient, professional, communicative, and would have our back no matter what happened, made us feel great. And now every day I feel so blessed to live in the phenomenally gorgeous space that they created. Can I give them more than 5 stars?!?
