I needed to purchase some baseboards and casings during the pandemic crisis to complete some home renovations. Although Woodland Supply’s doors were closed to the public, they were still open for business. Shauna was very helpful when I called to enquire about and place the order. She informed me that due to the pandemic they were waiving the delivery charge. I signed a health waiver and the product was delivered the next day. They were very helpful and considerate. Kudos to the Woodland Supply team!

We just had Woodland Supply install a brand new stair banister in our house and we are very pleased with the entire process, from selection, suggestions, installation etc. The display area in their store really helped us in choosing the right banister for our home.Huge thanks to Ross for a professional installation.

We had a few communication problems with Woodland but when they heard we weren’t happy they were more than willing to make everything right. Tyler went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure our piece was made correctly. We appreciate the service we received and are very thankful they took care of us. We would highly recommend.

Woodland Supply provided us a quote - came out to measure, then re-sent the estimate which we accepted- we went to the store to pick out the railings and decide on the final - spoke with installer - and then the final estimate was sent to us based on the glass and railings we chose - - which we accepted and had the deposit ready to give - this all transpired since July - now the end of October- they tell us the person is no longer working there oh and it will be over $10,000 more !! Had our deposit ready to give on the final measurements- and he would not take it - then sends us a quote for over $10k more!!!!Not the customer service I would have expected from this company. I guess they figured they had a vested customer- so charge them more.Now we have to start all over with another company. 4 months later… very unprofessional in our opinion! Very upset over this!

Ordered 11 doors on delivery. 2 were pocket doors. 9 were regular doors which required hinges. Recieved 8 hinges. Recieved wrong door hardware also. When called about the issue was told I would have to pay for the error plus delivery. Well that didn't happen! Also, some door frames were not cut to length as ordered.1. What kind of door place doesn't know the number of hinges needed.2.What kind of custom door place doesn't know how long the door frames need to be.3. What kind of place puts the responsibility on the customer for the business's errorsI would rather buy from home depot then this place again. Terrible customer service.

Woodland staff were conscientious and helpful.I brought them a sanding project and they made it happen.I'd definitely go back.
