Activate Edmonton South

Personally, I love Activate and I love how reasonable the prices are!! I have been to a couple different locations across the country and they never disappoint. Edmonton, however, has exceptionally friendly staff who are ready to greet you with a smile and help you get ready to play! They are super nice to talk to and always give honest information about the scoring system, etc. My only suggestion is to increase the volume of the speakers in the rooms because even if we were standing right next to it, it was very hard to hear instructions if/when we needed them. Thanks Activate!!

First time going. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Games are super interactive & fun.Only downside. Is there needs to be more rooms. We were always being kicked out after 1 round. Lots of waiting for others to be done in a room. Eats up a decent junk of timeStill recommend for a family outing.

Remember to book online beforehand to reserve your spots especially if you’re going in groups. -Note that there’s a deposit they make you put in too-it’s nice they have a water fountain and a locker there you all share together-dress in fitness wear and shoes are highly recommended - you’re going to be running, jumping, throwing Whoo!Remember, you have a time limit, so be prepared to get ready and GO! HAVE A FUN TIME!

We LOVE activate, and we are so happy this location in Edmonton opened. This is a great group activity - so interactive and active. Chris and the team were so helpful and enthusiastic. They really went the extra mile to make our group experience exciting and memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the bomb. I had so much fun. I’m 27 and went with my brother and sister. Spent two hours. Amazing interactive and fun physical games. Gunho at the south Edmonton common location totally deserves a raise. Awesome guy.

Super fun activity to do. Good for older children and adults. 75mins is a good amount of time to spend playing the games, and there are many different games to play!

This was so much fun! For $25 it is worth every penny. Some of the games were confusing but the mega and laser games were by far the best. Will definitely be coming back here. Only complaint would be that you can only play 1-2 games until the people behind you kick you out, and some games only last 30 seconds. The speakers need to be louder to hear what the game is saying and maybe have some AC in there. The minutes you pay for should count for in game minutes, not actual time. Other than that is was such a blast, I'm amazed at the technology it takes to create these games!Make sure to bring running shoes and something you can run in as there's a lot of running, jumping and ducking! Bring a water bottle too as it gets hot and tiring. There is a water fountain if you need. Staff were super friendly and explained how it works. I hope more of these show up around the city

Was a great way to kill a couple hours time. Very fun games and kinda cool prizes. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because of the price.I would of liked it more if it wasn't so much. Although that is more of a me problem it would be better if we could of spent more time there but just couldn't afford to do so.

Affordable family fun! I would come here again. The hosts were friendly and explained the game set-up well. The games were entertaining and had a good variety of things to do.My youngest son is 4 and we paid for his game, but he found it to be overwhelming and quit playing with 15 minutes of our game bands being activated. They were nice enough to give a full refund for his pass.

We had SUCH a fun time at Activate last week! We went for the first time with a group of friends- Hailey was working the front desk and was so helpful and funny. Everyone on shift with her went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable knowing what we were doing and that we were having fun! Such a lovely experience and we will 100% be back and recommending to others. Thank you so much!
