Service so slow. Staff forgot about our order the burger been sitting there for so long and no one realized about it until we called them out. Ice creams were good though.

5/5 for me. First time trying it out and it was awesome. The fries were amazing and properly fried, and the burger was heavenly. At least, better than McDonald’s. the staff were friendly and very helpful, the environment was calm and neat. Will Definitely go there again.

The one who took the order via drive thru sounded very uninterested. Paid for 2 double bacon cheese burger with onion rings. Waited for 15 mins to get our orders, needed to remind them about our drinks. When we got home, we got 2 regular cheese burger with overly salted fries. Will never go back. Fyi, Maddie is the name on the receipt.

Chicken strips & Reeses pretzel Blizzard were excellent plus the staff was very friendly and helpful. Best place to come on cruise night.

Have been multiple times and with only 3-4 cars in front of me, sat in the drive through for 20-30 minutes. The urgency to serve the drive through is almost non existent. I would estimate an average wait time of approaching 10 minutes per car. Not a overly sharp crew inside or on the management team. When you do get your blizzard or food it is good though.
