Sheri and Andrew are awesome and we trust them totally to care for our home and beloved cats whenever we leave town for work or play. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service. They are very easy to deal with and very accommodating with any of our requirements when we are away.

My husband and I spent over 5 months away this winter and hired Andrew from Urban Errands Inc. to monitor our home and clear the snow in our absence. Andrew emailed us a detailed list of everything he checked each week, in addition to weekly photos of the interior of our home. He set and altered various interior lamps to automatically turn on at night, flushed our water lines twice a month, cleared snow from our rear deck and from all entries. One week prior to our return my husband asked him to set up a car battery charger on our vehicle in our garage and Andrew had no trouble making that happen. He promptly replied to all correspondence. He is friendly, highly capable, reliable and affordable. Andrew’s wife Sheri runs the financial side of the business and is equally easy to deal with. Our monthly payments were made online in just a few clicks. We would definitely use Urban Errands in the future.

I had a very important matter that I needed some assistance with recently, and Andrew was so great about it! He went totally above and beyond for me, and I can't thank him enough. HIGHLY recommend Urban Errands.

Our family was going to be gone for a week to the U.S for Christmas and having a cat, we weren't sure what to do. After pricing out the Cattery and finding out how expensive it would be as my indoor cat would need a bunch of shots to go there , I searched and Urban Errands came up. We are so grateful they did as U.E did a wonderful job not only taking care of our cat while were away, but keeping and eye on the house. They went above and beyond and it was nice to not have to worry about the home or cat while we were gone. Pricing was also very reasonable.You wont be disappointed if you choose these guys!!
