Unprofessional and disrespectful top managers. They are raising voice and use negative judgment to manipulate, intimidate, and maintain power and control over employees. Employees leave this company often. No experienced staff.

Great company. Great pay, very generous. I've had MANY site / project management contract opportunities and it has been a solid stepping stone for me, 6 years now. This is the most unprofessional people I have ever seen.They shout at their employees and upon asking they would say that ,we would say whatever we feel like, you are nobody to teach us.I wish there is an option for zero star, but i have to go for 1 star.NEVER EVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.they would hire you for something else and make you do something else.

I recently hired CAPCRETE to do waterproofing and epoxy work for my private clients estate and was impressed at the level of attention they gave us. Even though they mainly do commercial residential work, they took on my smaller project and treated it as if it were the same as as their others.
