When it came time to sell our home my wife and I had never sold a house before and did not have any idea all that is involved.We met with Ryan and he carefully analyzed the market and consulted with us to devise a pricing strategy as well as tell us those things in the home we should update before selling it. After a month of doing the necessary updates he had his professional photography team capture the house in the best light and created a 3D virtual tour. We listed the house a week later on the Easter long weekend and had 12 showings and 3 offers within 24 hours of listing it.The Ryan sellers team kept us updated and coordinated showings day and night over a long weekend while my wife and I spent the weekend at the cabin.We needed up selling the house for $3500 above list price and the list price was actually higher than we expected to get in the first place.I have learned that when selling a home it is important to time the market, take great photos, make the right updates, and price the home just right to generate interest.
