One of the best tea places inside Conestoga mall! I had the “Passion fruit Mango with Jelly Boba” non dairy It was incredibly delicious and fresh! Not too sugary. Worth what I paid for! One of the employee was very friendly and welcoming great recommendation!!

The customer service was horrible!!!!! That young blondie girl was so rude towards me and my niece. My niece ordered regular size mango bubble tea, and it did NOT taste like mango at allll and even the colour was disgustingly different and it was watered down. My niece went up to her and asked her if she could make another one and even herself she agreed the colour was different and it tasted odd. After she made another one it was still the same thing and it tasted more sour and funky. So I went up to her myself to ask her to make a different flavour. Mind you my niece always orders the mango flavour but this time it was disgusting. After I asked her to make another one and I was even being polite even though we had to go up to her three times. She refused to make another one and told me that it wasn’t her fault my niece didn’t like it and told me she would make a smaller size for her instead even though we paid for regular!!!!! I’m not cheap at alll but if I paid for a regular size then I better get a regular size. She kept on arguing with me in a disgustingly manner and kept on refusing to make the drink that I paid for. In the end she made the drink in different flavour but told me there will be no tapioca in it. I had to pay for extra tapioca beforehand and still didn’t get the tapioca. This place has one of the worst customer service everrrrr. Pls check who worked on may 9th late evening and teach them about customer service. Thanks

I spent about $7 and more got an pearl tea(M) from this store with my friend, it taste like overnight pearls, with hard cores. I have made bubble milk tea many times myself, the fresh pearls will not have hard cores. The liquid part doesn't look like milk tea at all. If I want to describe it, it can only be said to be bitter water, very similar to tea water that becomes bitter after being steeped for many times. I can't taste the milk at all.Summary: Pearls with hard cores and bitter liquids.NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!第一次喝到这么难喝的奶茶，无语辣～

This place isn't the best or most 'authentic' bubble tea place in comparison to others, but I actually really like it from here. Whenever I'm shopping at the mall, my friends and I often stop by. It's convenient. A large bubble tea is $5.75, so some more high-quality tea shops are a little more affordable, but honestly I don't mind.

Save Your Money: Not Worth The Price. We've had lot of bubble tea from various vendors in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, and this was the worst by far. Perhaps the owner is new and inexperienced in making a good Bubble tea, but it's not worth the high prices he charges to help him learn.

Worst juice ever, i was told its fresh fruit but it tastes like sugar syrup and has weird color. Waste of money.

Try their mango magic flavour and strawberry cheesecake. Really refreshing and perfect to get you going.This location has very good service. Highly recommended.

They used to have by business but unfortunately that went downhill real fast. My fiancé and I both got our drinks back tasting like water. One was supposed to be the coffee slushie and the pearl milk tea. Yet they both tasted super watered down. The worker was a younger female with glasses she was rude and had sloppy work ethic. They were also out of tons of options. Time to go to much better bubble tea places.

When they first opened I tried the fresh mango smoothie, it was great. The second time and third time, taste was great but it had mango peel pieces in it which was unpleasant. The following time I tried the brown sugar bubble tea and unfortunately it was so watered down. Staff were nice though.
