Pathetic customer service. We booked the reefer unit from this location for 1 day. They told we can’t book for one day, we have to book for 3 days. So we booked it for 3 days. Our driver went to pickup the truck in the morning, they said they don’t have any truck available. Now we have to pay our driver for nothing. Big No to this location as service is very unprofessional and unrealible these days

We are a repeat client with bristol from last 8 years. But the services nowadays is terrible. Will not be using bristol in the future. They never notify for any price change, at last minute they leave you hanging in between.Ridiculous service.
