Alex did great work. Communicated and explained well. Recovered everything I expected to be on old drives from over a decade ago, plus much more that I totally forgot about. I gave him a second project after that. I was apprehensive about going with a smaller company but it turned out well. Was fortunate my drives weren't a worse case scenario, he was honest about that, and priced me accordingly.

I have been quite impressed with their level of professionalism. They took their time to methodological explain to me the state of my hard drive after their review and advised me on the length of time that will be required to fully recover the data from it.The data recovery was completed on time at no additional ost than initially estimated. Additionally, they explained to me the various data drives on the market, their pros and cons and recommended a good one for me.I will definitely use their services in the future. Their pricing was excellent, relatively lower than their competitors.

Alex did a great job recovering my failed 10-year old hard disk drive. Pretty much everything was recovered on my 1TB drive. It took about a week but was worth it. He was very professional and prompt in his communication. Highly recommend!
