Maplevilles - Cabinetry and Millwork

Pls don’t book with these crooks. We did a major renovation and they were brought on by our contractor at the time. People look at my cabinets to this day and point out all the terrible workmanship- this was not installer related but quality at the outset. We were told a month and it continued for a year- the owner Rob explained at the outset that the contract was so bloated so at the end of the project we would do a final count and I wouldn’t be surprised at the final count. His wife then got involved and refused to do said count thereby over charging us 6000$+, so it ended up in court! This has been 3 years the most stress filled moments of my life! Pls- don’t believe their lies, it is NOT anybody else’s fault, we had 4 installers throughout the project and at least 2 of them weren’t paid their wages. Pls don’t put your family through hell- it isn’t worth it!

I recently completed a bathroom renovation. The renovation was supposed to take a month but it ended up taking over four months - large part because Maplevilles took over four months to deliver a bathroom vanity that they initially committed to deliver in four weeks. Every aspect of client service delivered by Maplevilles was sorely lacking. They built drawer fronts and drawers that did not fit their own design, then they took two months to deliver new ones. Their finish did not remotely match the sample we approved. They consistently missed committed deadlines and their communication was atrocious. I was patient and consistent with my communication, but I would have to email, text and call multiple times to get a response. After the first set of wrongly dimensioned and wrongly finished drawer fronts and cupboards, I told them that I would finish them if they just gave me the ready-for-finish drawer fronts and cupboards and then install them after I had finished them. When I was trying to arrange the install they just stopped responding so I had to install them myself as well. I very strongly suggest you find yourself another cabinet maker and stay well clear of Maplevilles.
