Staff members are great and incredibly helpful. Made a number of mistakes first time DIY painting but they patiently walked me through how to fix the terrible paint job. Did not try to upsell, which made this a comfortable shopping experience. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent Staff (Raphael and Ivan@8125 Yonge Street, Thornhill). Understood my needs and gave me very good recommendation. It was their customer service that made it easy to buy paint at this store.Been to other competitor store and big box store. Service at those store was not good and some were terrible. No confidence to buy at their store.But at this SW store, they gave me (rookie) the confidence to buy premium paint. Will definitely recommend all my family and friends to this store.

Worst store. Some staff doesnt know to serve clients. Rude, maybe thats part of their background or culture. Very rude. The paint is very very bad quality with clots. I could have got best quality paint from their competitor at same price. DO NOT BUY THIS PAINT AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE BETTER TRY ANOTHER STORE.

Very friendly staff and quite helpful. I knew the colour of stain I needed from my contractor, so it was a pretty easy request. I was in an out in 15 minutes!

Firstly, Their Service is super VIP . There was 3 people working when I went there and they all greeted me and helped me with my purchase.Prices were fair and they even helped ti put the stuff in my car ... there is absoloutly no reason for me to shop for paint anywhere except this Sherwin Williams Location .Thank you for your great service .

Great quality paint & primer to work with, very low odor which was fairly important considering it was still fairly cold to open up the windows for ventilation. very nice consistency to work with, very minimal drips & drapes, unless your using your roller too fast or got too excess on the edge of the roller.staffs are friendly & well mannered as they should be, the general manager was very friendly & professional as well.

I don't understand where the bad reviews came from. This store may have been bad in the past but it is certainly great now. I am with a construction company and we go through a lot of paint. The people at this store are always Great, whether it be for a laugh or for some advice on a rarely used product application.

How knowledgeable and helpful and friendly the staff. They are great at helping you pick colors and more importantly, they match colors beautifully. I am not one of the biggest customers but I am treated as such and that is why I have become a regular - Plus they are my neighborhood store and I like to give them by business and loyalty.
