Went to the Sherway branch today. It was my first time at Change. Jade welcomed me with a lovely smile. I found her very helpful, knowledgeable and patient! I had a great experience at this bra shop. It was quite busy when I went during the week but I was still made to feel welcomed and supported, despite all the customers being tended to. I got a fitting, tried on several bras and left with three.A woman by the name of Rema or Rhema helped me and was super knowledgeable.

I had my first experience at Change and I was impressed. Customer service was 10/10. Joanna was very efficient and quickly measured me, made me feel comfortable and brought me ample styles to try on. I had a terrible experience at the Sherway Gardens mall location. I went in looking for a strapless. She claimed she didn’t have any of my size. I told her my size she claimed I was wrong and refused to go look. She said, “I can just tell you’re wrong”. Wouldn’t bother letting me try on what she had. She had the leafs game on her phone and I feel like she was more concerned about watching that than helping a customer. Very disappointed and won’t be going back.

i am very upset with this location. my sister had an job interview & everything went smoothly up until the manager told her that everything on her resume is great, she did great in the interview but the reasoning behind her not getting hired was due to the fact that the manager did not like the way she looked as a person. i call for discrimination. that’s all around rude and uncalled for. horrible experience all around.

I've been to another location and had such great service! So I thought, hey why not go to this one while I'm here and treat myself to a new bra.Now I understand I'm pregnant, and quite far along too, but I was treated like I had the plague. The store assistant just threw some bras at me to try on, didn't ask to help with the fit, didn't want to even open the curtain to help me at all. When I asked for different sizes or styles I got a okay"
