Intrepid Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Intrepid Clinic Brampton for a medical consultation, and I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with the staff.Despite the high volume of patients, the staff managed to maintain a seamless flow, minimizing waiting times. Appointments were scheduled promptly, and I never felt rushed during my time with the medical professionals. I would like to recognize two individuals who provided exceptional service, Saima and Priyanka. They demonstrated exceptional communication and compassion care skills. They communicated important information promptly and effectively, making sure I understood all the necessary details regarding my treatment options.Overall, my experience surpassed my expectations. The exceptional service, professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for patients made a lasting impression on me. Kudos to the Saima and Priyanka for their unwavering dedication and for setting the bar high in healthcare service.

My first visit and I am super impressed without even seeing the doctor. Excellent customer service, super polite front staff, Mini was kind and polite. Premises are super clean and spacious, lots of parking. Pharmacy, rehab, family medicine, gynecologist all under one roof. Keep it up. Will update my review once I see the doctors!

After reading the other reviews now I feel our family is not alone and something is drastically wrong with this clinic. We enrolled in the family doctor services and prescribed some blood tests but no reports even after a month!As mentioned in other reviews booking appointments carries no value for them. However no complaints on the quality of the doctor's consultation.

Late last year I sign up to have Dr. Sadaf as my family doctor on my first visit I told her my health history and that I wanted to have some testing done just to know where things are at and also she would be better able to treat me going forward based on the results to my surprise when I got the results back I realized that she requested test for everything else except what I requested and on top of that I had to wait an extra 1 hour from my appointment time to see her and when I did she was so rushed she did not even take the time to properly discuss in detail my results but instead wrote me a prescription and several referral. I left her office so angry and I went to the front desk to have them give me a copy of my results and after confirming that they will email it to me to the email address they have on file just to find out several hours later when I called to say I didn’t get the email that they emailed my personal information to the wrong email address…..at this point I knew I had to start looking for a better medical facility. I could continue on and on but it’s just too much so I’ll just list a few other experiences below.Dermatologist appointment - i was called less than an hour from my appointment to say he was not coming in…….no surprise knowing this place. I was rescheduled and was told I would be charged $100 if I did not show up….keep in mind these are the same people who cancelled less than an hour before my last appointment. On the day of my appointment I waited over an hour or more from my appointment time to see him who was very rushed, unpleasant & appears as if he really didn’t want to be there & after telling him my issues he pretty much told me that he would prescribe me something but isn’t sure if it will do much….are you kidding me?2nd Doctor’s appointment to discuss new results - I got an email to book my appointment online to discuss my results after several attempts to book online it just would not work so I called the office to explain just for them to tell me that I am not able to book on line for Dr. Sadaf lol then tell why did they send me an emailed with instructions to do so? A few days before my appointment they called me and I was told that they would have to change the time because her working hours were different then a day before the already rescheduled appointment they called to tell me that I would need to change the time again because her hours are different……what? I was so mad I just cancelled my appointment and I now see a naturopathic doctor and visits walk in clinics because the service is way better.My most pleasant experience was with the cardio team. Very professional, friendly, thorough, welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive staff.

I've had the absolute best experience here at this clinic. Wonderful front desk staff, the nurse I've met twice now and took my blood was phenomenal! Dr. Sarwar has taken me on as a patient and I can't say enough about how caring and friendly she is. Definitely recommend!

It was my first visit with my family and I was very impressed. From the receptionist, the Dr and lab technician - Priyanka. She made the blood work very easy and effortless. There is also a pharmacy right on site. All in one place . Most importantly they were very kind. You will love it there.

I’m satisfied with Intrepid clinic, I never got any problems with booking appointments, they listen that you are concerned... Dr.Farrah and Dr. Sarwar are the gems, they are also very understanding and caring.. appropriate wait times, nurses are very friendly and good too... clean clinic.. very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a new family doctor and went to Dr. Neubert’s office. During first appointment, they made me wait for over an hour and when I asked the doctor a question, she asked me to schedule another appointment to discuss it. Her office got my test results and never scheduled a follow up appointment. I had to schedule an appointment myself to discuss the results. After waiting for 2 hours, the doctor still did not show up and I had no choice but to leave rather than waiting another hour. Poor customer service and a waste of time.

The booking procedure is terrible. I’ve taken the day off work (losing my pay) 3 times since being a patient here and having my appointments cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the actual appointment.I find it really funny when clinics have cancellation or no show penalties of up to $100 when the patient cannot make it (likely due to a good reason) but doctors and clinics don’t have any policies in place for patients who are also going out of their way to make appointments amidst their busy schedules.It is very hard to find a family doctor these days, and I get that as a patient I should take what I get. But at the same time, I find it very unfair and one-sided.I also find that the doctor is not really listening to your issues and instead puts you down for feeling unwell rather than hearing you out.I get that everyone has their own things to deal with, but if you are a doctor you should at least have a basic level of compassion and care.
